FITSTART PACKAGES

Fitstart Package 1
Teaches the foundational movements of CrossFit, plus other movements that are frequently used. Slowly introduces the high intensity of a CrossFit workout. 6 Sessions.

PROGRAM DESCRIPTIONS

StrengthFit

CrossFit Program | 1 hour class duration

The daily strength training program will include a series of lifts and/or accessory movements. This class will be coached by a certified staff member to focus on the detail of each athlete to fine tune the strength movement for the day. Examples include: Back Squat, Clean & Jerk, Snatch, Overhead Squat and Deadlift.

MetaFit

CrossFit Program | 1 hour class duration

The daily MetaFit program (metabolic conditioning) will include an intensive warm up session, followed by a timed metabolic conditioning program and ending with a cool down/mobility session. Barbell cycling movements for reps will usually include those in listed in the StrengthFit Course.

QuickFit

30 minute class duration

30-minute fitness perfect for beginners! A quick high energy workout utilizing functional body weight movements at light to moderate loads suitable for ALL fitness levels. The daily QuickFit program will include a brief warm up session followed by a High-intensity interval training (HIIT) session and ending with a cool down. This will be timed precisely to get you in and out within 30 minutes!
